Email is strongly suggested — it’s the main way I send replies. You can put a phone in the same field if you want, after or instead of an email. Unless the world is ending, I’m very unlikely to call you first: social anxiety, and English isn’t my first language — so don’t expect an outgoing phone call from me; email is what actually works.
